Bram Stocker Festival - Volunteers Wanted!

SOMETHING TO SINK YOUR TEETH INTO THIS OCTOBER

Bram Stoker Festival returns for its 4th year celebrating all things Gothic & Ghoulish about the city for monsters of all ages to enjoy and we need your help to make it work.

Volunteering puts you at the forefront of the Festival Experience and presents a wonderful opportunity to see how an Arts Festival of this scale is managed and organised.  But not only this, volunteering becomes a community that lives beyond the festival, evolving into both social and professional circles in The Arts.

This year sees our programme more diverse as ever that includes our more traditional roles of Front of House & Outdoor Events as well as welcoming on board Street Team and Social Media & Photography Correspondent duties. Volunteers can be found at venues and events helping with ushering, stewarding, crowd control and are the first point of contact for the public who guide them from the street to their seats.  A dynamic team spirit creates and unforgettable experience for our audience and attendees.

With the festival growing strength to strength each year getting word out about the public domain has become one of our top priorities – with the introduction of our Street Team and Social Media Strand our volunteers have a more interactive part within the festivals daily workings.  These roles are an exciting chance for the volunteers to engage in their skills with those of the festivals – encouraging to become characters associated with the festival and go amongst the unsuspecting public leaving an indelible but positive mark on them, until a neck bite or a stake through the heart.

How to become a Volunteer?

Our Volunteer Call Out has now gone live as of September 25th and you can download the application attached. Please return the completed form to [email protected] by Wednesday October 14th, 5pm sharp
