Listowel Writers' Week have an annual competition, "Con Houlihan Young Journalist Award", open to anyone aged 25 years and under. Entries may be in the form of a report or feature piece of your choice.
The award is sponsored by The Kerryman newspaper and the prize is €500. The winning article will be published in The Kerryman. Entries can be made online here. Closing date for receipt of entries is the 1st March 2018.
