Restaurants Association of Ireland are seeking 6 Fitzwilliam Institute events students to assist them on Monday, 8th May from approx. 4pm – 11pm, at the Irish Restaurant Awards. They are looking for people that possess the following qualities:
The Irish Restaurant Awards process began in January with online nominations on our media partner’s website (irishtimes.com), followed by regional judging meetings and we have just recently held 4 regional events across the country to announce county winners in various categories. All of these county winners now go on to compete for regional and national titles, meanwhile receiving a mystery guest inspection and also assessment from a National Judging Academy. The overall regional and national winners will be announced at the All Ireland Irish Restaurant Awards on Monday, 8th May. As I am sure you can appreciate, the All Ireland Irish Restaurant Awards is a major function in the hospitality industry calendar.
